The Assistant Creative Service Manager will collaborate with clients to develop effective content and digital media campaigns. Responsibilities include managing paperwork, overseeing the trafficking workflow, learning financial systems, documenting the triage process, and preparing reports.
Must have:
  • Experience working with offshore third parties.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform assets for triage.
  • Focus on system, paperwork, and traffic management.
  • Excellent communication skills for traffic management.
  • Patience with systems, Excel, paperwork.
  • Competency in paperwork management and training.
  • Passion and curiosity for AI technologies.
Good to have:
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools.

Role: Assistant Creative Service Manager 

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

 

About the role: 

Working in true collaboration with our clients, we have one goal in mind: to be the leading agency partner for the development of stunning and effective needs-based content and digital media campaigns. 

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Willing to work with extensive paperwork, documents, and vendor forms. Demonstrate administrative skills to manage multiple internal datasets. 
  • Oversee the trafficking workflow for the onsite studio. Act as the decision-maker for where and how work is funneled through the studio and the wider agency. 
  • Quickly learn systems for financial and commercial controlling management. 
  • Document the triage process for the whole site studio. 
  • Be attentive to numbers and proficient in Excel to prepare monthly and quarterly reports on assets. 
  • Exhibit project management skills. 

 

What you need to excel in this role: 

  • Experience working with offshore third parties and understanding the financial and operational implications. 
  • Knowledge of cross-platform assets (e.g., ideation campaigns, digital films, banner digital displays, websites, and videos) to advise in the triage of new briefs. 
  • Focus on system, paperwork, and traffic workload management in the back end. 
  • Traffic Management: Excellent communication skills and familiarity with online/digital assets to understand the resources needed. 
  • System Management: Patient and meticulous with numbers, Excel, paperwork, and systems. 
  • Paperwork and Process Management: Competency in paperwork management and patience when training and onboarding new processes in finance and paperwork. 
  • Passion for and curiosity about AI and new technologies. 
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools are beneficial, but the ability to learn and comprehend the benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
