With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

[Objectives of this role]

Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, meeting rooms functionality & AV set up, software, and hardware.
Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative.
Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
Basic understanding of Network architecture & troubleshoot network related issues.

[Responsibilities]

Analyse departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions.
Analyse processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement.
Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs.
Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot user end issues and provide technical support when needed remotely & in office premises.
Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.
Partner with local HR team on new hire on-boarding & off boarding.
Assisting in procurement & maintaining current assets/inventory tracker.

[Skills and qualifications]

Four or more years of experience in IT management.
Kowledge on operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring.
Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
Strong creative and analytical thinking.
Ability to conduct assets audit.
