These games have not only captured the hearts of Indian players but have also played a pivotal role in fostering a thriving e-sports ecosystem in the country.

With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

 

[Objectives of this role]

  • Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, meeting rooms functionality & AV set up, software, and hardware.
  • Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative.
  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
  • Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
  • Basic understanding of Network architecture & troubleshoot network related issues.

 

[Responsibilities]

  • Analyse departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions.
  • Analyse processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement.
  • Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs.
  • Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot user end issues and provide technical support when needed remotely & in office premises.
  • Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.
  • Partner with local HR team on new hire on-boarding & off boarding.
  • Assisting in procurement & maintaining current assets/inventory tracker.


[Skills and qualifications]

  • Four or more years of experience in IT management.
  •  Kowledge on operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring.
  • Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to conduct assets audit.
  • Knowledge on Azzure & AD join

 

[Preferred skills and qualifications]

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • Professional certification would be added advantage.
  • CCNA-Mandatory
  • CCNP-Will be added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of cloud architecture
