The Assistant Project Manager (Internship) will support the localization project management team, manage localization requests, communicate with clients, prepare files and quotes using Plunet, assist the Finance team with invoicing, prepare documentation, and assist with file handling and project setup. They will work closely with internal and external teams. This role involves coordinating daily operations, handling client communications, and ensuring the highest standard of localization quality for video game titles.
Good To Have:- Prior experience in localization project management is a plus.
- Familiarity with key industry tools such as MS Office and CAT tools.
- Experience or knowledge of audio projects and/or LQA is a plus.
- A passion for gaming is a huge plus.
Must Have:- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable communicating with clients in a professional manner.
- Experience in a client-facing position.
- Solid understanding of localization workflows and industry practices.
- Good organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and adapts quickly.
