We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, FP&A to join our FP&A team. You will help support our Customer Engagement organisation, which include the Customer Success teams, and Global Customer Support. You will create accurate Profit and Loss statements for the Professional Services organisation, maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for Customer Success, managing headcount for the organization, and providing financial support for Global Customer Support initiatives. Reporting to the Deputy Manager FP&A, you'll be responsible for:
- Partner with EMEA, APJ Customer Engagement leadership, and Global Customer Support to provide financial insights for strategic decisions and forecast development.
- Prepare financial reports for senior leadership, offering insights to optimize financial performance and support decision-making.
- Measure KPIs for Customer Engagement teams, identify areas for improvement, and guide investment decisions.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the organization’s financial health, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Manage headcount forecasts in collaboration with HR and department leaders to align staffing with business objectives.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 4 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, with a strong track record of success.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA)
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to extract and analyze data from databases.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Analytical skills, with the ability to dig into data and uncover underlying reasons and trends.
- Previous experience working with Professional Services, Customer Success, or Customer Support teams.
