Job Description
As an Assistant Manager - Tax at Dream11, you'll be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax audit forms, corporate tax returns, transfer pricing forms, and TDS computations. You'll ensure compliance with foreign remittance regulations, GST filings (GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, 9, and 9C), and manage GST outward supplies and input tax credit. The role involves handling tax litigation, collaborating with consultants, utilizing SAP for tax-related entries, and leveraging Excel for data analysis and reporting. The finance team at Dream11 works across various stakeholders, ensuring fiscal law compliance and contributing to informed decision-making within the organization.
Must have:
- CA with 3-4 years post-qualification experience
- Direct tax expertise
- Indirect tax compliance knowledge
- GST filing experience (GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, 9, 9C)
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel

Finance @Dream11:
Our finance team works relentlessly for stakeholders like Investors, Board, Government, Bankers, Business Vendor Partners, Customers & Employees. They are committed to planning & managing finances through Budgeting and Planning, MIS Reporting, etc.
The team ensures fiscal law compliances, including Direct and Indirect Tax comprising GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, etc., while ensuring internal control for financial transactions and significantly contributing towards informed decision-making at Dream11.
Your Role:
- Prepare and review tax audit form, corporate tax returns, transfer pricing form, TDS computation and TDS reconciliations
- Review compliance for foreign remittances for adherence with DTAA and Income Tax laws
- Handle the filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-2B Reconciliation, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and 9C with precision
- Ensure compliance for GST outward supplies and GST input tax Ccedit
- Support the team in handling litigation matters and liaising with tax consultants/advisors
- Utilise SAP systems effectively for tax-related entries, reconciliations and reporting
- Leverage Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for data analysis, reporting and presentations
Qualifiers:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in direct tax
- Exposure to the indirect taxation compliance and processes
- Strong communication and collaboration with consultants & internal teams to meet the objectives
