Job Title: Assistant Manager - Marketing

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the diamond, jewelry, or luxury goods industry, with a deep understanding of the unique marketing strategies required to engage high-end clientele. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, and enhancing brand presence across both online and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams: Coordinate with brand managers, designers, and marketing executives to develop consistent and engaging marketing concepts tailored to the luxury goods sector.
- Manage Marketing Activities: Oversee and manage advertising campaigns, communication activities, exhibitions, and promotional events, with a focus on targeting premium clients.
- Content Creation: Write and direct marketing content, including brochures, press releases, and website copy, specifically for high-end products.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of industry trends, competition, and brand awareness within the luxury and diamond industry.
- Creative Direction: Direct content creation, photoshoots, catalog designs, and the development of marketing kits that reflect the exclusivity and luxury of the brand.
- Client Support: Provide client-facing support for visual merchandising, catalog creation, and marketing communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Social Media Management: Enhance the brand’s presence on key social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, focusing on brand storytelling and client engagement.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including luxury retailers and event partners.
- Monitor Trends: Stay updated with trends in the diamond and luxury goods industry to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in marketing is a plus.
- Experience in the diamond, jewelry, or luxury goods industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, content creation, and project management in a high-end market.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Luxury Brand Marketing: Expertise in luxury brand marketing, including social media, print, and event-based promotions.
- Content Development: Ability to craft clear, compelling marketing content that aligns with luxury brand messaging.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
