Assistant Post-Production Producer

Rockstar Games is seeking an Assistant Post-Production Producer to support the managing and tracking of a range of video projects, working across Marketing, Video Production and Motion Graphics. 

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan. 

WHAT WE DO

• The Rockstar Video Production Dept creates all Marketing video assets for web, TV and cinema.
• We produce multiple deliveries for each video project to accommodate various international territory and platform needs.
• We collaborate with and ensure workflow efficiency across all Creative, Marketing and Publishing teams.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Producer Team to track current and upcoming video projects in person, via email and through designated project management software.
• Apply a high level of organization to video asset file management. 
• Review, understand, and track video and audio asset requests. 
• Track asset creation timelines. 
• Meticulously QC all deliverables. 
• Assist in managing the Video Production Department’s time by tracking schedules. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in an Assistant Producer, Post-Production Coordinator or Asset Management role.
• BA degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing or similar. 

SKILLS

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 
• Ability to multi-task across a variety of projects, working within tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as across several teams.
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project tracking software.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator.
