Position at DNEG

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Assistant to provide high-
level administrative support to the CEO. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring
efficiency and effectiveness by managing calendars, communications, and a variety of key
projects. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic problem-solver with excellent communication
skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. This is an on-
site role requiring regular in-person presence at the office and the CEO’s residence. The
position also demands flexibility to accommodate early morning, evening and weekend work
when needed.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring all commitments are met with precision.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between internal/external stakeholders. Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize, prepare for, and attend meetings, including
  • drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents. Ensure that critical files are organized and accessible.
  • Project Management: Assist with special projects, manage deadlines, and support the execution of company initiatives.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Event Planning: Manage breakfast/lunch/dinner meetings/events at the CEO's residence, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Flexible Work Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate schedule and commitments.
  • Additional Administrative Support: Perform various ad hoc tasks as required.
 
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior administration role, preferably in entertainment, post-production, or media
  • Strong understanding of studio workflows, post-production processes, and industry deal structures
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to liaise with high-
    profile clients and executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and resolve challenges as they arise
  • Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting priorities and last-minute requests

 

 

The base salary range for this full-time position is $46,000 to $56,000 USD. DNEG salary ranges are determined by function, department, level, and location. An individual's pay within a given range is determined by their transferrable or job-related skills and work experience. Salary ranges are modified from time to time based on external market data collected through our third-party surveys.
