      • Help facilitate the team sprint planning process by collaborating with departmental leads, leadership, and the broader production team to identify priorities
      • Ensure that tasking and sprint priorities are accurately reflected across task management software (eg. Jira)
      • Communicate with external Audio teams and their production staff to ensure effective collaboration with internal teams
    • Documentation:
      • Maintain detailed documentation of the production process, including schedules, task lists, and progress reports
      • Provide clear updates to external teams about naming conventions, file locations, delivery specifications, and other technical documents
      • Work with the narrative team to document scene and shot names
      • Provide script break down assessments for upcoming cinematic assets and other high priority needs, and communicate those needs to the production team at large

      • Participate in regularly scheduled production meetings
    • Problem Solving:
      • Identify potential production issues and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
      • Implement solutions to improve production efficiency and reduce delays
  • Support Functions:
    • Provide support to the lead producer and production team as needed.
    • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the production team.
