Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals,providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to foster their growth and development.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
  • Oversee the creation of visual assets, including but not limited to advertising campaigns, branding materials, website designs, social media content, and OOH
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand and digital marketing, product development, and city teams, to ensure consistency and alignment of creative messaging and branding.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and advertising, and incorporate them into our creative process.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.

Skill

  • Bachelor degree in design, advertising, marketing, or a related field;
  • 15 years at least of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an

advertising agency or creative studio.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, with a focus on

innovative design solutions and effective communication strategies.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools and platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate

creative concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

  • Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and motivating high-

performing teams.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet

deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
