Ninja Van is seeking an Associate for Cross Border Operations. You will coordinate with third-party vendors and prepare shipping manifests. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Coordination

Communicate and coordinate with third party vendors and agent.
Prepare accurate consolidated shipping manifests on a daily basis using data from multiple source.
Maintain open communication from vendors and clients and perform first level of problem analysis and solutioning

Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor lead time and service quality at every leg of the parcel lifecycle and preparing
SLA reports for management
Compile data for biweekly P&L review and periodic budget preparation
Generate and confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills and other related charges
Maintain records and generate reports for the management
Perform any other administrative duties related to cross border shipping
