As Associate Data Quality Analyst, you will play an integral role on the Data Quality team within the Global Business Operations department. The Global Business Operations department is focused on driving Anthology’s core strategy of operational efficiency by innovating, streamlining, and implementing world-class tools and business processes across the organization. As Associate Data Quality Analyst on this team, you will support improving data quality in Anthology’s business systems.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Validating data in Salesforce against other records to make necessary data enhancements and corrections
- Researching information online or in databases and update and append data in Salesforce
- Assisting in the definition and conduct of routine data maintenance tasks in Salesforce to ensure data integrity
- Participating in cross-functional data quality enhancement efforts and projects
- Identifying patterns and data quality trends in data sets and report findings to the team lead to enhance overall data quality of our systems
The Candidate:
Required skills/qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 0-2 years of equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including using formulas and functions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Interest in data quality, business operations, or analytics
- Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Experience working with Salesforce.com
- Previous involvement in data quality projects, detailed tasks, and/or analysis
