Job Description

The Associate Education Specialist will be a contributing member of the Services Enablement & Education team. They will own and drive various projects, with a focus on platform management, LMS administration, account provisioning, and end-user support. They will also gather and present training analytics, and engage with stakeholders. The role involves communication, collaboration, platform administration, producing high-quality deliverables, providing feedback, managing client projects, influencing innovation, and creating instructional materials.
Must have:
  • Experience in education/training-related field and professional experience in similar role.
  • Experience in Cornerstone On-Demand Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English (e.g., C1 per CEFR).
Good to have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Ability to collaborate with remote team members, clients, support teams and SMEs.
  • Understanding of training program and solution development.
  • Proficient communication and consulting skills to effectively liaise with internal clients and team members.

Job Details

The Associate Education Specialist is a contributing member of the Services Enablement & Education team, owning and driving various projects, specifically with a focus on platform management. They will regularly participate in activities that include LMS administration, account provisioning, end user support, gathering and presenting training analytics, and engaging with stakeholders, as well as other team members.
 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, subject matter experts, and internal parties in both written and verbal form

  • Perform platform administration on the learning management system (LMS) and content management system (CMS)

  • Execute assignments on time and produce high-quality deliverables based on established scope

  • Provide meaningful, constructive feedback during quality reviews of content produced by the team

  • Maintain ownership of internal client projects, including kick-off calls and processes, development tasks, training delivery, and on-going support

  • Use talent development opportunities to influence innovation and strategy for operations support and service delivery

  • Produce instructional materials (e.g., standard operating procedures, knowledge bases, guides, etc.) to provide detailed guidance and documentation to team members and the organization

What we’re looking for:

  • Related degree and/or equivalent experience in education/training-related field and 2-3 years professional experience in similar role; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Experience in Cornerstone On-Demand Learning Management System (LMS) administration is required.

  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform preferred.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills in English (e.g., C1 per CEFR).

  • Ability to collaborate with remote team members, clients, support teams and SMEs.

  • Understanding of training program and solution development.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and team oriented, deadline and detail oriented.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
