Tesla seeks a highly motivated Associate Event Coordinator to manage activities supporting sales goals. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, this role demands frequent travel to stores and events. Responsibilities include developing event strategies with leadership and sales teams, implementing event calendars, planning regional activities (store openings, test drives), executing lead generation campaigns, monitoring program success, identifying new revenue opportunities, collaborating with design/content teams on promotional materials, understanding product market positioning, managing projects, and ensuring brand compliance. The ideal candidate is dynamic, organized, data-driven, detail-oriented, and creative, with strong communication (French and English) and interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What to Expect

Tesla recherche un(e) Coordinateur(rice) Evénementiel très motivé(e) pour gérer diverses activités visant à soutenir les objectifs de vente sur le marché. Ce poste est rattaché au Customer Engagement Manager et nécessitera des déplacements fréquents dans les Stores et lors d'événements.

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) a une personnalité d’entrepreneur dotée de solides compétences interpersonnelles de communication et d'une bonne connaissance du marché local.

Pour exceller dans ce rôle, vous êtes dynamique, hautement organisé(e), axé(e) sur les données avec un sens aigu du détail. De plus, vous créez des campagnes et des événements exceptionnels pour accroître la notoriété de la marque et stimuler les ventes. Enfin, vous gérez l’ambiguïté avec excellence tout en vous appropriant pleinement les sujets dont vous êtes en charge.

What You’ll Do

• Travailler avec les dirigeants locaux ainsi qu'avec les équipes commerciales et support pour élaborer des stratégies événementielles qui leur permettent d'atteindre leurs objectifs de vente

• Mettre en œuvre un calendrier d'events complet avec un suivi centralisé de tous les événements régionaux, y compris les Test Drive et les events liés à la génération de leads

• Aider à la planification des différents événements

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente pour déployer des campagnes ciblées de génération de leads, à la fois numériques et au sein de nos Stores

• Évaluer, suivre et monitorer le succès des programmes et des campagnes

• Explorer et identifier activement de nouvelles opportunités, les étudier de manière approfondie et proposer des pistes concrètes aux équipes commerciales leur permettant de générer plus de revenus

• Travailler avec nos équipes internes Design & Content ainsi qu'avec nos fournisseurs externes sur une communication cohérente, convaincante et efficace envers nos clients, par le biais de supports promotionnels (vidéos, e-mailings et réseaux sociaux) afin de renforcer la notoriété, l'engagement et la conversion

• Comprendre où nos produits se situent sur le marché, les positionner et créer des messages pour attirer au mieux les clients potentiels

• Gérer et piloter des projets du début à la fin tout en travaillant avec des équipes interfonctionnelles

• Assurer le respect de la stratégie de marque mondiale et de l'identité d'entreprise de Tesla

• Formation ou expérience professionnelle appréciée dans le domaine de l'événementiel

Ce poste nécessite des déplacements fréquents en France ainsi qu'occasionnellement à l'étranger (environ 40%)

The role

Tesla is looking for a highly motivated Event Coordinator to manage various activities to support sales goals in the market.

The role reports to the Customer Engagement Manager and will require frequent travel to stores and events.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills and good local knowledge of the market.

To succeed, this candidate must be dynamic, highly organized, data-driven, and have a keen eye for detail. They should have the ability to create exceptional campaigns and events to increase awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be a supportive member of the team. They should be comfortable working in ambiguity and have a strong ownership mentality. 

 

Responsabilities

  • Work with the local leadership as well as the sales teams and enterprise teams to work out event strategies that enable them and our partners to hit their sales targets 
  • Implement a comprehensive event calendar with centralized tracking of all regional events including test drive events, lead generation events, and external corporate events
  • Assist in the planning of regional activities including store openings, test drives and lead generation events
  • Work closely with the Sales Lead to roll out targeted lead generation campaigns both digital and through our sales teams
  • Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns
  • Work with our internal Design and Content teams as well as external vendors on consistent and effective messaging of customer facing documents, promotional materials and videos to build compelling content across channels like email and social, that will build awareness, engage and convert 
  • Understand where our products fit in the market, position them and craft messaging to best appeal to potential customers  
  • Manage and drive projects from start to finish while working with cross-functional teams  
  • Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity for Tesla

 

Requirements

  • Proficiency in building clear, compelling value propositions that can be expressed in a variety of media to all levels of the organization 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment  
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and to manage multiple projects   
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in French and English
  • Preferrable education or work experience from events

This role requires ability to travel to the different locations in France as well as occasionally abroad (40% travel).
