Our Tesla locations – Tesla Centers in DACH and Eastern Europe for sales, delivery and service - are on the front lines of our mission. The Facility team provides operational support to enable our locations to run as efficiently and effectively as possible and provide an exceptional experience to our employees and to our customers. The Facilities team successfully manages repair, maintenance, upgrade and inspection projects that are critical to support Tesla’s rapid infrastructure growth while also ensuring Tesla Centers continue to meet our evolving standards. This Facility team partners with various local Sales and Service teams, as well as other Tesla departments and external vendors.
What we offer:
Responsible for daily incoming Facility requests for Tesla locations (Sales and Service centers) and distribute to vendors accordingly within the region of responsibility
Manage and own prompt resolution of escalations related to all repair/maintenance requests and recurring services (i.e. janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, etc.) within the region of responsibility
Manage communication between stakeholders (e.g. property owners, local leadership) on all facility initiatives and projects
Manage invoices (check work completed, approve invoices, take care of incorrectly submitted invoices, support vendor in invoice process, late payments)
Point of contact for vendors and internal customers (incoming R&M requests, answer questions, liaise between requester and vendor, etc.)
Manage and onboard (new/small) vendor operational execution in regards to contract (KPI, SLA)
Creation of purchase orders and management of invoices to support the implementation of services and assets at facilities
Foster positive working relationships with teams on the front line by conducting regular site visits
Support with New Store Openings and execution of programs after handover
Perform facility cost and spending reviews with the location and country managers

Minimum 2 years working experience in Facilities or similar
Exceptional organizational skills, Project Management and attention to detail
German and English language proficiency preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and proven ability to learn new systems quickly
