Job Summary
Job Description
As an Associate Field Service Engineer, you will receive system learning and technical training on imaging products to provide professional after-sales service to customers, including repair, maintenance, and upgrades. Your responsibilities include providing prompt and professional after-sales service, performing timely and effective repairs, maintaining customer satisfaction through good communication, and collaborating with sales and after-sales departments to promote business development. You will also be expected to achieve KPI targets, provide accurate work orders and reports, participate in training, and maintain customer relationships to support business opportunities.
Must have:
- Associate degree or above in biomedical engineering or related fields
- Strong technical knowledge of medical products
- Good communication skills and willingness to share knowledge
- Self-motivated and self-managing
- Willing to travel

您的职责是
- 为客户提供快速、专业的售后服务工作，包括安装、维护、维修及现场升级服务等。
- 执行及时有效的维修动作及良好的客户沟通工作，维护客户满意度。
- 保持跟销售部门、售后业务部门的紧密合作，促进影像售前售后业务的发展。
- 完成相关的KPI指标的考核。
- 完成公司各项指标要求，准确提供工单和报告。
- 参加公司要求的培训并乐于接受新知识和技能。
- 维系客户关系，支持销售拓展商务机会。
