Coordinate the development team across various disciplines including technical, game design, art, and QA to ensure the game is delivered within budget, schedule, and quality standards. Create and maintain essential game development documents like backlog and bug reports, fostering healthy teamwork and communication. Assist other departments with development-related tasks and act as a liaison for effective client communication regarding project progress, requirements, and updates.
