Tasks

  • Planning, monitoring and controlling software localisation projects to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the desired level of quality

  • Managing and distributing project-related information

  • Resolving issues related to assigned projects

  • Guiding international project teams (internal and external)

  • Negotiating with all project stakeholders to represent Nintendo’s interest

Requirements

  • Education or graduate degree in the localisation and/or project management field or several years of work experience in the respective area

  • Project management experience and budget handling knowledge

  • Very good Japanese and English language skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical thinking with a process-oriented mindset and decision-making as key competences

  • Experience in leading a team

  • A proactive and positive attitude with eagerness for learning

  • Strong work ethic; commitment to and passion for the role
