Job Description

The Associate Manager, Account Management, Brand Commercialization will be responsible for proposing and executing licensing product plans aligned with client companies' product development plans. This role involves identifying high-growth accounts and licensing opportunities, developing new accounts, analyzing business situations, consumer markets, and trends. The successful candidate will create and execute action plans, collaborate closely with the marketing team on promotions, manage license agreements, and oversee sales budgets. Strong collaboration with other departments (media, studio, store, game, publishing) is essential to maximize synergy. Responsibilities include proposing and executing licensing product plans aligned with client companies' product development plans, identifying high-growth accounts and licensing opportunities, developing new accounts, analyzing business situations, consumer markets, and trends, creating and executing action plans, collaborating closely with the marketing team on promotions, managing license agreements, and overseeing sales budgets.
Must have:
  • 5+ years' experience in FMCG corporate sales
  • Proven experience in promotional planning & execution
  • High sales target achievement under pressure
  • Experience in client presentations & proposals
  • Market & consumer insight analysis experience
  • Experience leading cross-departmental projects
  • Experience in sales and negotiations with retailers
  • Native Japanese, Business level English
Good to have:
  • FMCG product development experience
  • Multinational business experience

必須条件:

  • 消費財関連企業における5年以上の法人営業経験
  • 担当商品・サービスの販促プロモーション企画の立案、実行経験
  • 強いプレッシャーの下、業務の優先順位を付けながら高い売上目標を達成した経験
  • 顧客先経営層に対するビジネスプレゼンテーション、ビジネス提案経験
  • マーケット分析、消費者インサイト分析経験
  • 複数の部署と連携するプロジェクトをリードした経験
  • 流通小売企業への営業、折衝経験あれば尚可
  • 消費財関連商品の開発経験あれば尚可
  • 多国籍・インターナショナルな環境でのビジネス経験あれば尚可
