Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Manager, Consumer Marketing to join our team in Santa Monica, CA. This unique opportunity will allow you to work with one of the world's most recognized entertainment franchises, consistently delivering successful marketing initiatives that resonate globally. As a pivotal member of our Consumer Marketing team, you will devise and execute top-notch marketing strategies and consumer-facing campaigns, ensuring the achievement of our brand objectives.
Work closely with our Product Marketing team to drive marketing Go-To-Market plans for AAA franchise titles, including Call of Duty: Warzone. Take charge of managing top-tier creative agencies, ensuring that all marketing materials developed and approved are in strict alignment with our brand vision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of thinking ahead, working both independently and collaboratively, and contributing cross-functionally to drive business success. Impeccable project management skills and creative instinct sit at the core of this role. In this role, you will contribute at the strategic level to drive key marketing initiatives, use data and learnings to push creative boundaries, interface with our development partners and inspire our creative partners.
A passion and knowledge of the video gaming industry and driving creative innovation is a must, as well as experience working on innovative marketing programs and experience using analytics to drive marketing decisions.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Consumer Marketing team in managing global brand marketing plans, creative executions, and production processes for TV/Digital advertising, trailers, visual identity, media integrations, events, social, CRM activities, and commercial promotions.
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the day-to-day management of external agencies and internal creative teams, ensuring all ideas and communications are on strategy.
Prepare materials and facilitate communications from creative briefs and subsequent creative reviews with key cross-functional teams, game studios, and executive collaborators.
Analyze marketing asset performance, track results, and consolidate findings to identify and apply best practices and learnings to future plans.
Work with studio team to create marketing assets, such as scheduling, sourcing in-game assets, prioritizing content, managing game builds, securing legal clearance, and updating creative partners.
Collaborate with commercial teams and first-party partners to develop and implement promotional campaigns across platforms (i.e., PSN, XBOX, Battle.net, Steam, etc,) as well as retail merchandising.
Drive project management by coordinating with cross-functional teams, studio personnel, and creative agencies to track deadlines, manage production schedules, and ensure timely delivery of assets globally.
Manage a multi-million-dollar production budget, processing estimates and invoices, and tracking costs to ensure budget adherence throughout the year.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years experience in brand marketing, creative agency account management and/or video game industry
Proven experience building integrated campaigns blending traditional, digital, social, and influencer marketing; performance marketing experience is a plus
Strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and capability to work across multiple teams
Eager to learn new markets quickly and adapt to changing dynamics and competitive landscapes
Passion for gaming, with an understanding of gaming communities and industry trends
Exceptional analytical and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Driven, self-motivated, and proactive
Well-organized and diligent
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
