Reporting To AVP – Real Estate & Design Strategy
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare drawing delivery schedule in line with client requirements (Client facing)
- Create design concepts and detailed working drawings and presentations to finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
- Prepare design concepts and take detailed notes to address customer requirements.
- Maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.
- Provides follow-up support with customers and vendors.
- Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers and the design and execution team.
- Preparing of Procurement List and C&I BOQ check.
- Plan, interpret, organize, schedule, and manage design through all phases of the project assigned.
- Help the team with the required information (design related) and arrive at on-site solutions.
- Site-level coordination with the Project Manager & Consultants to oversee design development
- Prepare the drawings to be sent for Builder submission & GFCs for the Corporate Interior Projects.
- Work closely with the Design & Project managers to support with any design changes required at the construction stage
- Review shop drawings shared by consultants and vendors
Skillset required
- Experience in commercial and corporate interior design.
- Software knowledge – AutoCAD, Revit (preferable), Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and self-starter
- Knowledge of building and accessible codes/ industry standard codes
- Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce projects
- Knowledge of industry construction costs and material costs
- Creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Masters degree in Architecture
Licensure from Council of Architecture - India
