Associate Operations Manager, Electrode, Battery Cell

As an Associate Operations Manager in Electrode, you will be playing a critical role on the Production team. You will lead a dynamic team of Supervisors, managing operations and metrics in critical areas of the production floor. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our manufacturing and operations teams, interfacing with Engineering, NPI, Maintenance, Quality and Material Flow, to ensure production goals are being met. 

• Build and lead a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high quality products against ambitious production targets
• Developing and ensuring a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability
• Empower the production team to collaborate with engineering, quality and maintenance to improve product manufacturability and line productivity
• Development of the production team through participation in effective training and leadership development activities
• Support in resolving issues, including identifying their causes, and creating an environment for continuous learning and improvement
• Development supervisory team for individual professional development
• Ensuring that production teams use standardized approach to work and consistent work practices across all shifts and areas
