Bethesda Softworks is seeking an accomplished and proactive Associate PR Manager to join the Global PR Team, based in the US. The Associate PR Manager should be a creative and strategic thinker with the drive and ability to own global public relations campaigns, as well drive programs that support the larger team. The ideal candidate has experience working with media, developing strategic and creative campaigns for video games, and possesses an understanding of the video game industry and trends. Additionally, they are highly-organized and drive progress and clarity on every project they manage.
The Associate PR Manager will partner with rest of the PR team to implement global strategies for PR campaigns as well as drive project management efforts across the team and with Xbox stakeholders. They will work regularly across the PR, Community, Brand and Marketing teams, as well as the development team.
This role will require travel for press tours, business meetings, and game conventions.
Location: United States (Preferred locations: Rockville, Hunt Valley, or Austin)
Associate PR Manager - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 - $110,250 per year.
ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
