Job Description
The Associate Principal - Industrial IoT role requires an MES Consultant with 8-15 years of relevant experience. The consultant will be working remotely with occasional travel to the client's office. The candidate should possess strong experience and technical knowledge of AVEVA MES solutions, including Performance Operations and Quality, System Platform, Work Tasks Skelta BPM, Enterprise Integrator, InTouch and/or OMI. The role involves understanding and implementing production scheduling, optimization, sequencing, order execution, genealogy, traceability, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and ERP integration. Responsibilities include preparing functional requirements, converting business requirements into technical solutions, preparing FRS/FDS, and conducting testing and validation. The candidate should also have knowledge of industry standards like ISA95/88 and MESA, experience with upgrades and migrations, and an understanding of control systems automation.
Must have:
- Experience with AVEVA MES solutions is mandatory.
- Knowledge of AVEVA MES Modules Performance Operations and Quality.
- Experience with AVEVA System Platform.
- Experience with AVEVA Work Tasks Skelta BPM.
- Experience with AVEVA Enterprise Integrator.
- Experience with AVEVA InTouch and/or OMI.
- Knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization.

- Experience in converting Business requirements to functional or technical solution by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems
- Preparing FRS FDS Testing & validation exercise in constructing test script for SITUAT and functional validation
- Knowledge of leading industry standards like ISA95 ISA88 MESA GMP etc
- Experience in Upgrade Migrations with various tools approaches and best practices
- Understanding control systems automation and its integration with MES
- Manufacturing Domain experience in diverse industries
