Job Description

This role is for an MES Consultant with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of AVEVA MES solutions, including modules like Performance Operations, Quality, System Platform, Work Tasks Skelta BPM, Enterprise Integrator, InTouch, and OMI. Responsibilities include understanding production scheduling, optimization, sequencing, order execution, genealogy, traceability, Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), ERP integration, production quality, and automation. The candidate must be able to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, prepare functional requirements, and map business processes to MES systems. Experience with ISA95, ISA88, MESA, and GMP standards is required, along with expertise in upgrade and migration strategies. A strong understanding of control systems, automation, and their integration with MES is also essential. Manufacturing domain experience across diverse industries is highly valued.

Must have:

Experience with AVEVA MES solutions
Knowledge of AVEVA MES modules

Convert business requirements to solutions
Experience with ISA95, ISA88, MESA, GMP
Experience in upgrade/migrations
Understand control systems integration

Experience in converting Business requirements to functional or technical solution by mapping business processes to manufacturing IT MES systems
Preparing FRS FDS Testing & validation exercise in constructing test script for SITUAT and functional validation
Knowledge of leading industry standards like ISA95 ISA88 MESA GMP etc
Experience in Upgrade Migrations with various tools approaches and best practices
Understanding control systems automation and its integration with MES
Manufacturing Domain experience in diverse industries
