Associate Producer

As part of its development and for its Star Wars: Eclipse TM project, QUANTIC DREAM MONTREAL is strengthening its teams and seeking an Associate Producer.

Reporting to the Gameplay Programming team, you will be responsible for monitoring development and delivering team deliverables. You will play a key role in establishing efficient production processes while ensuring fluid collaboration with other studio departments.

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor and manage project progress in depth to ensure the team meets objectives on time and maintain effective communication and coordination with all involved departments, whether within the game team or with support teams.
• Convert short-term and long-term development plans into concrete actions for all functions (artistic, design, technical, and QA).
• Establish deliverables, quality objectives, and key milestones in a roadmap and calendar, supported by development strategies.
• Develop workflows and pipelines.
• Anticipate risks and implement action plans to overcome them.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a Production role, ideally in the Video Game industry;
• Experience in project planning and management, with Agile, Scrum production methods;
• Bachelor's degree or professional equivalent;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
• Experience with JIRA and/or other task and bug management software;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Collaboration, listening, and empathy.
