Associate Product Manager

We are looking for a Principle First 'Associate Product Manager at Eccentric Engine. As an APM at EE, you will be responsible for taking a product to scale and will be at the helm of GTM strategy this includes unlocking the whole world of virtual interaction.

What you'll do

• Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure we maintain objectivity and stick to longer range of product vision

• Encourage and increase adoption by communicating constantly with Users, every single day

• Juggle immediate customer requirements with long-term planning

• Encourage and increase adoption by communicating constantly with Users, every single day

• Optimize and improve Analytics Dashboards so that they reflect the true impact made by the Product

• Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure we maintain objectivity and stick to longer-range product vision

• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company

What we seek-

• Proven experience in taking a Product from 10 to 100

• Master's degree in product design or engineering is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience working with Engineering and cross-functional Teams

• Great comfort in working with numbers, data sets, and statistics

• Track record of succeeding/failing without excuses, improving and hence compounding
