Job Description

The Associate Product Manager at MiQ will be responsible for building vertical-specific products and solutions with cross-functional teams and deploying them to the market. Responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementation, developing product strategy, gathering client and marketplace requirements, recommending new products and releases, coordinating tasks with engineering and other teams, participating in testing and product launches, building relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with the marketing team to meet product marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in ad tech, data analysis, and product pitching.

Job Details

Role: Associate Product Manager
Location: New York City, NY

MiQ’s US Product team is responsible for building compelling products and solutions that advance MiQ’s commercial goals and position in the market. The product team is pivotal in realizing company goals by building successful and innovative tech solutions in the US market across our core products and emerging channels.  The Associate Product Manager is responsible for building vertical specific products and solutions with cross-functional teams and deploying them to market to gain adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Explore, document and gather product requirements
  • Prioritize feature implementation for solutions
  • Work closely with product manager to develop overall product strategy
  • Gather client and marketplace requirements for new solutions
  • Recommend and implement new products and releases
  • Lead the coordination of tasks with engineering, data science and other internal teams
  • Take part in testing and product launch process
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure product marketing objectives are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2+ years of experience within an ad tech organization
  • Experience with data analysis, data design and storytelling from a technical standpoint
  • Experience in pitching product ideas to internal/external stakeholders and gather actionable insights and feedback
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Pay Transparency 

    For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $85,000-$105,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.

    Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
