Job Description:

As the Associate Product Manager for our LiveOps team, you will play a crucial role in driving the execution and delivery of engaging in-game events and promotions. You will be instrumental in enhancing the player experience within our mobile games portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence player engagement and retention through data-driven decision-making and innovative event strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and analytics, to ensure the successful implementation of LiveOps initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our gaming products. Your Key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the planning and execution of live events, promotions, and limited-time offers that drive player engagement and monetization.
  • Analyze existing LiveOps tools, identify pain points, and create PRDs for enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to monitor event performance, derive insights, and recommend optimizations to enhance player experiences.
  • Manage the LiveOps calendar and seasonal content strategy, ensuring seamless coordination across teams for timely execution of updates and events.
  • Utilize player behavior insights to design events that maximize engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with Design and Development teams to deliver high-quality in-game experiences.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding LiveOps tools, event designs, and performance metrics.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management or LiveOps within the mobile gaming industry. Hands-on experience with LiveOps tools and calendar management is a plus.
  • Strong data interpretation skills and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel). SQL knowledge is a bonus.
  • Experience in wireframing to effectively communicate product ideas and user flows.
  • Proven track record of running A/B experiments and analyzing results in collaboration with analytics teams.
  • A deep passion for mobile gaming and a solid understanding of player engagement and retention strategies, particularly in real-money gaming.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • A startup mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to conceptualize new event ideas and implement effective solutions.
