- Job Title: Associate Product Marketing Manager (Bilingual Japanese/English Required)
- Job Summary: Associate Product Marketing Managers work with Product Marketing Managers, and the wider Apps Product Marketing team to assist in managing operations for Pokémon apps, such as, Pokemon TCG Pocket, Pokémon UNITE, and Pokémon Masters, and Pokemon Café ReMix. Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of internal stakeholders, vendor and agency partners, and counterparts at global partner organizations to facilitate streamlined communication, and ensure flawless execution of marketing activities.

What you’ll do
- Assist administrative tasks including routing marketing copy for review, managing localization processes, and sharing marketing assets with internal/external partners.
- Assist in the development and sharing of creative materials, including creative
assets spanning marketing channels such as web, social, PR, and paid media. - Assist in the maintenance of marketing calendars, ensuring milestones are up to date and communicated to key stakeholders.
- Assist in general coordination with the Marketing team and business partners, both
internal and external. - Assist in the creation of campaign performance reports.
- Organize review packages of various marketing assets for internal / external
feedback and approval. - Assist with promotional activities such as sample requests for PR and Influencers.
- Assist in translation of meeting materials and live interpretation during meetings.
What you’ll bring
- Bilingual and bi-cultural with strong written and verbal business communication proficiency in both English and Japanese. Solid understanding of Japanese culture and business customs.
- Experience working with multinational corporations in the video games or entertainment industries, including Japan and the USA, is a plus.

- While passion for the Pokémon brand is a plus, it is not required. A willingness to learn more about the brand is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Ability to quickly learn other tools (Google Workspace, Slack, various project management tools) may be necessary.
- Three (2) to four (4) years of related professional experience.
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $84,800.00 - $125,800.00 per year. The full range is $84,800.00 - $125,800.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
