Associate Project/Account Manager

We’re looking to hire an Associate Project/Account Manager for a global pharmaceutical company that develops solutions to treat health conditions and  improve people's lives.

• Hybrid schedule (3 days on-site) in Mettawa. Illinois
• 12 months with the opportunity to extend

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Account Manager, you will partner with Creative Teams on digital project deliverables, and provide direction on creative and tactical execution.
• Collaborate with the Pharma Brand Team in the development of creative briefs.
• Maintain an understanding of the Workflow Process including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals, production and archiving.
• Issue client contact reports to ensure key information is being quickly communicated to all involved stakeholders.
• Review creative development of a project during concept to completion to ensure specifications, client expectations, budgets, timelines are being adhered to.
• Conduct financial reconciliations on a monthly basis.

Top Skills & Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree required, Master’s Degree is desirable.
• 3 + years of Account Management experience at an In-House ad agency or ad agency experience.
• Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast paced creative environment

• Timeline and project budget development expertise
• Collaborator with ad agency experience
• Digital Creative PM/Account Management Background
• Pharma experience
• Client facing
• Advanced level experience on PM software & Smart Sheets.
