Job Description

As a Project Manager in Customer Success, you will lead projects involving advanced analytics, AI, GIS strategy, and execution. You'll work with sophisticated utility, energy, and infrastructure leaders to solve their business problems using data-driven solutions. This involves managing complex engagements spanning satellite data, AI models, and geospatial strategy to ensure customer success. You will translate datasets into insights, guide customers through SaaS implementations, and manage/mentor a team of APMs and analysts. This role is an opportunity to make a significant impact on climate resilience and sustainability.

Must have:

4-7 years of experience in analytics consulting.
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
Curiosity about AI, geospatial, and sustainability.
Exceptional communication skills.

Good to have:

MBA or equivalent from a Tier I institution is a plus.

The Role

Are you ready to lead projects that matter? As a Project Manager in Customer Success, you’ll sit at the intersection of advanced analytics, cutting-edge AI, GIS strategy, and boots-on-the-ground execution. You’ll orchestrate complex, high-impact projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers - and for the planet.

This isn’t just any PM role. You’ll be working alongside the best and brightest—former utility engineers, climate scientists, data analysts, and consultants—on projects that secure tomorrow’s infrastructure by delivering real results today. This is your chance to make your mark on something much bigger than a spreadsheet.

How you’ll make an impact:

Partner with our customers—some of the most sophisticated utility, energy, and infrastructure leaders in the world—to understand their toughest business problems and design data-driven solutions
Lead complex, cross-functional engagements spanning satellite data, AI models, and geospatial strategy to ensure customer success at every phase
Translate massive datasets into meaningful insights, collaborating with GIS, data science, and engineering teams to deliver real-world outcomes
Guide customers through large-scale SaaS implementations that drive operational change, sustainability wins, and cost efficiencies
Manage and mentor a team of high-caliber APMs and analysts—raising the bar for execution, clarity, and client impact
Continuously identify repeatable solutions that scale, working with Product and Engineering to turn field learnings into platform power

What we're looking for:

4-7 years of experience in top-tier analytics consulting, strategy, or operations roles, ideally with exposure to utilities, climate tech, infrastructure, or SaaS
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills—especially with senior executives at large enterprises
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including solutioning, timelines, budgets, and cross-team collaboration
Curiosity and drive to dive deep into AI, geospatial, and sustainability topics—even if you haven’t worked in them before
Exceptional communication skills—able to turn complexity into clarity, and data into action.
MBA or equivalent from a Tier I institution is a plus, but not a must
