Job Description

The Associate Specialist BA will be responsible for providing project updates, building communication plans, coordinating meetings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing project risks. They will also analyze and manage project risks and feasibility, store and manage reports, and support the implementation of new features. The role involves managing project communications and documentation and requires excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have a proven ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Strong Capital Markets Domain.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Building a communication plan to convey everything to relevant stakeholders and team members
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and controlling time management
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping the clients up-to-date with the project’s progress
  • Risk management skills to eliminate any surprises and make sure the project progresses smoothly
  • Analyzing and managing project risks and feasibility
  • Storing and managing reports and necessary documentation
  • Support the implementation to add new features
  • Manage project communications and documentation
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined sco pe, budget, and timeline

Experience:

  • 7 plus years of experience in business analysis
