Associate Staff Consultant - Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced business analyst with a sound experience either on IT companies or Financial Institutions. The candidate will work in a multicultural environment on Core Banking Implementation Projects and/or Banking related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and showcase intuitive, elegant technology-enabled solutions to solve real-world challenges and create competitive advantage for our clients.
• Should be familiar with agile methodology and also to be able to use JIRA / Confluence tool to create and manage requirements.
• Demand for business consultant with good experience on core banking systems.
• The candidate should be a self-starter, with good documentation and analysis skills.
• Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs.
• Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.
• Accountable to complete assigned work within the time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.
• Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
• Should be able to work closely with project managers on core banking implementation projects.
• Strong grasp on Banking and should be able to work closely with clients' operations and business teams and provide suggestions on everyday challenges.
• Responsible for the requirement gathering, preparation of use case document, business requirements document, functional specification, and functional test cases.

Must have skills: Core Banking, Spanish

• Must have completed a bachelor's degree in IT or Business.
• Having completed or undergoing a master's degree in business administration (MBA) or equivalent will be a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team.
• Spanish language is mandatory.
• Fluent English will be a plus.
• Experience in the insurance domain will be an advantage.
• Experience on Core Banking Systems. 
• Should be able to work closely with project managers on core banking implementation projects.
• Strong grasp on Banking and should be able to work closely with clients' operations and business teams and provide suggestions on everyday challenges.
