Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in a mix of agency and corporate recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring for IT and technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the recruiting Team Lead to understand IT staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates for a range of IT positions (software engineers, system admins, cloud architects, etc.) and senior non-technical roles (delivery, PMs, BAs, POs...)
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct search, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation.
Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal standards.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4 to 7 years of IT recruitment experience, including a combination of agency and corporate roles.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry trends.
Strong understanding of US visa types
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
Proven ability to source passive candidates and conduct Boolean searches.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Results-driven with a focus on quality hires and meeting hiring goals.
