Associate Staff Product Engineer

Skills you’ll need:

• Define test strategies and specifications for new product attaining low-cost test solution and high-test coverage for MCU, RF SOC devices.

• Perform characterization and validation of ICs to establish device electrical and performance parameters.

• Responsible for overseeing product reliability stresses as well as new package qualification stresses and test results.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to IC performance, test failures, and reliability concerns.

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights about product performance and test accuracy.

• Perform yield analysis and contribute to test process improvements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, and provide technical support to production teams

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in EE or EEE, with 8 years relevant experience, for advance degree holder the year of experience can be reduced
