- Ongoing support of the clients with preparation of HR documents on onboarding / offboarding / all employees’ lifecycle events (orders, additional agreements, employment contracts, timesheets, etc.);
- Posting, modifying and deleting personnel records in 1C 3.1. software;
- Assist with research on HR compliance related matters and preparation of consultations;
- Monitor the changes in legislation for any labour related matters, preparation of alerts for further distribution to our clients;
- Follow the workflow and processes agreed for provision of HR Compliance services.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least intermediate level of English;
- Intermediate Kazakh language would be an advantage;
- Experience on a similar position of minimum 1 year;
- Basic understanding of the RoK Labour Code and regulatory legal acts of RoK;
- Quick learner, multi-tasking, excellent communication skills, team player;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Basic knowledge of 1C ZUP 3.1. is preferred but not required.
