Associate Treasury Analyst

Job Description Summary:

• Assist with bank documentation including Know Your Customer (KYC), bank account statements/ reporting, bank account management, user administration in bank portals and Treasury Workstation
• Initiate Treasury (intercompany, FX, debt, acquisition, special transactions) related transfers to internal and 3rd-parties.
• Assist with annual reporting requirements including 1099 reporting and regulatory reports such as Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR).
• Provide support to procurement for the credit and P-Card programs.
• Assist Accounting and Shared Services with month-end close, reporting, transactions queries, and audit documentation.
• Assist with Treasury Purchase Order creation and vendor onboarding.
• Assist with cash management, actuals reporting, and forecasting.
• Provide certificates of insurance and other corporate insurance information to our business partners and customers

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of Treasury and/or Corporate Finance experience.
• Intermediate level Excel knowledge with the ability to create and use pivot tables and formulas.
• Experience in Microsoft office suite of products.
• Experience with e-banking platforms and/ or other financial reporting systems.
• Ability to manage to tight deadlines and prioritize workloads with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury environment working closely with senior management.
• Exposure to a global corporate environment.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, APEX, Coupa or other Treasury Management Systems.
• Experience with corporate insurance/ brokers.
• Experience working in the high-tech industry or for software companies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting preferred.
