The Marketing team at Zynga is looking for a User Acquisition Associate Manager who will be responsible for planning and executing large-scale advertising campaigns. This person is an analytical and business-savvy number-cruncher who will acquire players for Zynga’s growing mobile games portfolio. This individual will focus on leveraging Paid Social Channels, Ad Networks, and DSPs to scale our current marketing efforts.
You are an experienced quantitative online marketer who can manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding execution. This role is well suited for those who are analytically strong and want to make a direct impact on the growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage new user acquisition, and retargeting campaigns on paid social (i.e. Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok) and ad network platforms (i.e. Unity, Applovin, Vungle)
Plan and execute optimization efforts across creative, geo, platform, and channel to maximize returns and scale products and deliver performance at scale.
Conduct industry research and present actionable findings
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Support the creative direction of our advertising asset needs to ensure top performance
Required Skills:
2-4 years of experience managing mobile growth marketing campaigns.
Experience managing marketing campaigns with Facebook, Google, Apple, Paid Social and other ad networks and DSPs.
Experience in using advanced and privacy safe mobile measurement approaches such as SKADnetwork, Google Privacy Sandbox and Media Mix tools is a plus.
Blend of creativity and metrics-driven approach to problem solving.
Experience managing seven-figure marketing budgets.
Passion for mobile games is a must.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Passion for and experience with using emerging technologies
