DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Monitors outsourced labor programs closely and recommends adjustments when appropriate

  • Assists with budget/vendor management of all programs/activities, including contracts, statements of work, requisitions, and PO’s.

  • Coordinates with budget owners to ensure programs meet/exceed objectives while expenditures remain within budget

  • Communicates with 3PL partners to reevaluate and optimize field coverage models and manage the balance of labor allocation; reviews compliance and proof of performance

  • Manages schedules, budgeting of hours with internal field teams and 3PL labor

  • Manages procurement and shipments of equipment and supplies to the 3PL labor teams, and supports item sourcing

  • Manages and develops 3PL onboarding process and training

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two to three years of related experience

  • PC spreadsheet and word processing skills (Excel, Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience working within the retail industry

  • Experience managing retail staffing measurements, field team reporting, data tools, analytics and tactics preferred

  • Formal marketing/merchandising training is preferred

  • Knowledge of retail representative responsibility preferred

  • Previous vendor management experience preferred

  • Undergraduate degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, a related field, or equivalent

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $67,500 - $108,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
