Job Summary:
The Associate for Independence Assessments supports the team in executing the Independence Assessment (IA) process. This role involves assisting with assurance processes and participating in training to enhance skills and knowledge in compliance.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Independence Assessment Support:
    • Assist in executing IA processes and ensure compliance with standards.
    • Engage in training programs to develop expertise in independence assessments.
  • Assurance Processes:
    • Support partner rotation, CES, and AFS processes.
    • Assist in addressing queries related to compliance and assurance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is usually required.

Industry Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in the specific industry relevant to the firm (e.g., Risk Management, Compliance, Audit services) can be beneficial.
Candidates should demonstrate basic proficiency in software and tools relevant to compliance processes. Additionally, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential.
