Disneyland Paris seeks a skilled Audio-Video Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of technical equipment across attractions like Star Tours, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Ratatouille. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing audio-video and electrotechnical equipment malfunctions, proposing corrective actions, identifying and assessing operational issues, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate possesses a BAC PRO in Systems Numerics or a related BTS, coupled with at least one year of experience. Experience as a projectionist is a plus. Flexibility is required, working either a 2x8 schedule or fixed night shifts.
Must have:
  • Diagnose and repair audio-video equipment
  • Propose corrective actions for technical issues
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Analyze technical documents (plans, schematics)
  • BAC PRO/BTS in relevant field + 1 year experience
Good to have:
  • Projectionist experience

Job Summary:

Que ce soit Star Tours ou Pirates des Caraïbes ou Ratatouille, nos équipes de maintenance ont un rôle clé : celui de garantir le bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble des installations de Disneyland Paris, tout au long de l’année. Elles œuvrent ainsi quotidiennement pour faire vivre une expérience magique à nos visiteurs, en toute sécurité. 

Missions :

Sous la responsabilité de l'encadrement de la maintenance des attractions et des scènes composées d’environ 400 personnes, vous contrôlez et remettez en état de fonctionnement les équipements techniques avec le maintien des procédures et des standards de qualité (efficacité, prestation d'accueil, qualité d'information…), standards environnementaux et des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité. Vous assurez ainsi les cinq clefs :  Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion. Spectacle et Efficacité.

Activités principales :

  • Diagnostiquer et réparer les pannes, y compris complexes, sur les équipements de type audio-vidéo et ou électrotechnique.
  • Proposer des actions correctives adaptées à tout type de problématique technique, identifiée ou imprévue, liée aux installations scéniques et des attractions.
  • Identifier et expertiser les problématiques de fonctionnement des équipements.
  • Réaliser la maintenance curative, préventive des équipements et éléments dont il a la charge dans le respect des procédures applicables et du temps imparti.
  • Prendre les initiatives adaptées et utiles au bon fonctionnement du service en proposant régulièrement à sa hiérarchie des améliorations applicables.

 Profil :

  • Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation BAC PRO Systèmes Numériques (SN), ou un BTS SN option Electronique, Génie Industriel Maintenance (GIM) ou Installation des Systèmes Automatisés (MET) avec 1 an d’expérience minimum.
  • Une expérience de projectionniste serait un plus.
  • Capacité à analyser des documents techniques (fiches techniques, plans, etc…).
  • Flexibilité horaire : 2*8, ou nuits fixes.
