Seeking a skilled AV/VTC Technician to provide technical support for audio-visual and video teleconferencing (VTC) systems. Responsibilities include setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV equipment like microphones, mixing consoles, cameras, switchers, projectors, and control systems (Crestron, BiAmp). The role involves supporting live meetings, conferences, and events, performing system checks, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance. The technician will also program and configure AV systems, develop support schedules, and coordinate technical support for multiple events, ensuring qualified personnel are present. This includes operating various AV equipment such as laptops, projectors, video switchers, microphones, amplifiers, cameras, and lighting consoles. The technician will execute complex event cue sequences, diagnose and resolve AV/VTC system issues, and conduct routine preventive maintenance. Collaboration with third-party vendors and supervision of subordinate staff are also key aspects of the role.
