Job Description

Tesla is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians for its Service Centers in Finland. The role involves servicing, repairing, and improving Tesla vehicles using specialized software and tools. Technicians ensure top-quality repairs, adhering to high standards and diligent vehicle inspections. Collaboration with local and regional teams is key, sharing best practices to enhance service experiences. Continuous training on Tesla technology and EV repair is provided. Responsibilities include performing maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, ensuring high-quality repairs, collaborating with teams to share best practices and improve service experiences, and participating in ongoing training and development. Ideal candidates possess professional experience in vehicle service and repairs, relevant certification (ideally), strong English communication skills, and a valid European driver's license.

Must have:

Vehicle service & repair experience
Relevant certification (preferred)
Excellent English communication
European driver's license (Class B)
Tesla software & tools proficiency

What You’ll Do

Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards.
Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience. 
Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles

What You’ll Bring

Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries. 
Technically qualified: Ideally, you have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Finland
A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars).
Eligible: have the right to work in Finland

Teknistä kokemusta: Sinulla on aiempaa kokemusta teknisistä huolloista ja korjauksista, joko ajoneuvojen tai muiden teknisten laitteiden parista. Autoalan kokemus luetaan eduksi
Soveltuva koulutustausta: Tekninen peruskoulutus ja olet kiinnostunut kehittämään osaamistasi ja ammattitaitoasi työsi ohella
Hyviä kommunikointitaitoja: Kommunikoit selkeästi englanniksi

Tehtäviisi kuuluu:

Autojen huolto, korjaus ja kehitys: Teslan ohjelmistojen ja työkalujen avulla korjaus- ja huoltotoimenpiteet Teslan kaikille ajoneuvoille
Ensiluokkaisen laadun varmistaminen: Korjaamme oikein ensimmäisellä kerralla, ja luotamme siihen, että tarkistat auton huolella ennen palautusta ja luovutusta asiakkaalle
Yhteistyö: Työskentelet yhteistyössä eri tiimien kanssa, jakaen parhaita toimintatapoja ja näin kehittäen huollon toimintaa entisestään sekä paikallisesti että koko organisaation osalta
Kehittyminen: Haluamme varmistaa, että onnistut tehtävässä, ja siksi koulutamme henkilöstöämme jatkuvasti Teslan teknlogioihin ja sähköautojen korjauksiin
