Job Description

Tesla is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians for its Service Centers in Finland. The role involves servicing, repairing, and improving Tesla vehicles using specialized software and tools. Technicians will ensure top-quality repairs, working diligently to meet the highest standards. Collaboration with local and regional teams is key, sharing best practices to enhance the service experience. Ongoing training is provided on Tesla-specific technology and EV repair. The ideal candidate possesses professional vehicle service and repair experience (automotive, aviation, marine, etc.), relevant Finnish certifications, excellent English communication skills, a full European driver's license (Class B), and flexibility to work shifts (including mornings and evenings) and occasional mobile repairs.

What You’ll Do

Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards.
Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience. 
Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles

What You’ll Bring

Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries. 
Technically qualified: Ideally, you have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Finland
A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars).
Flexible: You work in shifts to support your team, which includes morning and evening shifts. You are willing to travel for mobile repairs, when needed.
Eligible: have the right to work in Finland

Teknistä kokemusta: Sinulla on aiempaa kokemusta ajoneuvojen teknisistä huollosta ja korjauksista, joko autoalalta tai vastaavista, esim. lentokoneiden, veneiden tai sähköalan parista
Sovltuva koulutustausta: olet suorittanut ajoneuvojen korjaamiseen liittyvän pätevyyden. Vastaat itse teknisen ammattitaidon kehityksestäsi.
Hyviä kommunikointitaitoja: Kommunikoit selkeästi englanniksi
Joustavuutta: Pystyt työskentelemään tarvittaessa viikonloppu-, aamu- tai iltavuoroissa

Tehtäviisi kuuluu:

Autojen huolto, korjaus ja kehitys: Teslan ohjelmistojen ja työkalujen avulla korjaus- ja huoltotoimenpiteet Teslan kaikille ajoneuvoille
Ensiluokkaisen laadun varmistaminen: Korjaamme oikein ensimmäisellä kerralla, ja luotamme siihen, että tarkistat automme huolella ennen palautusta ja luovutusta
Yhteistyö: Paikallisesti ja alueellisesti, työskentelet yhteistyössä eri tiimien kanssa, jakaen parhaita toimintatapoja ja näin kehittäen huollon toimintaa entisestään
Kehittyminen: Haluamme varmistaa, että onnistut tehtävässä, ja siksi koulutamme Teslan teknlogioihin ja sähköautojen korjauksiin
