Job Description

Luxoft seeks an Automotive Test Manager with 3-6 years of experience in test management, focusing on ISO 29119 standards and automotive testing, specifically with Classic AUTOSAR. Responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring all testing activities, ensuring quality through suitable processes, reporting on progress, identifying areas for improvement, using customer-provided tools, and monitoring test coverage. The ideal candidate will have experience with various testing levels, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in test management and ALM tooling (e.g., codeBeamer, xRay). Experience with SAFe 5, agile methodologies, manual and automated testing, Automotive SPICE, and excellent communication skills are crucial. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality testing solutions within deadlines.

ISO 29119 & Automotive testing
Classic AUTOSAR understanding
Strong leadership & communication
ALM Tooling exp. (codeBeamer, xRay)
SAFe 5 & Agile experience
Manual & Automated Testing
Automotive SPICE knowledge

We are looking for Automotive Test Manager having good automotive experience with Classic AUTOSAR.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor all testing activities and integration testing.

Ensure testing quality through suitable processes and methods.

Regularly report on testing progress, risks, and issues.

Identify potential areas for improvement and initiate optimization measures.

Use customer-provided testing tools

Monitor test coverage against the requirements.

Timely updates to JIRA tickets for issue resolution visibility and progress

Skills

Must have

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum (3-6) years of experience in test management, focusing on ISO 29119 standards and automotive testing.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and its impact on testing activities.

Proven experience in test management

Advanced knowledge of various testing levels and their scope

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions within defined timelines

Experience in different test management & ALM Tooling i.e. codeBeamer, xRay, etc,.

Proven experience with SAFe 5 and agile approach

Experience in both manual and automated testing

The ability to analyze complex testing technical issues and propose effective solutions.

Experience with Automotive SPICE

Good communication skills in both written and verbal form

Being dynamic and self-motivated

Problem-solving mindset

Nice to have

ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager

ISTQB Foundation Level

ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst

Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in software testing, such as DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
