THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a creative B2B Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) with a solid foundation of general marketing skills to support our growing team. You’ll be uniquely positioned to gain advanced, hands-on experience working directly on big strategic initiatives—while being supported as you grow and learn. We’re a scrappy crew with all hands on deck, so no one is too experienced to book a caterer, and no one is too inexperienced to pitch a new strategy. 

The ideal fit for this role is creative problem solver with experience in content marketing and managing many moving parts at once. This is an early-mid-level role, so your ownership and responsibilities will grow with you.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing, General 

🚀 Helping to brainstorm new creative opportunities 

🚀 Support marketing roadmap and contribute content ideas
🚀 Supporting with sourcing content topics
🚀 Assisting with copywriting for newsletter, blog, ads and social posts
🚀 Monitor social accounts, schedule posts
🚀 Reviewing analytics and marketing performance metrics with the team

🚀 Shared ownership in the visual brand and consistency of assets

🚀 Using templates to create or update content 

🚀 Sharing marketing initiatives with the company to build excitement and support

🚀 Help to maintain and update the content archives

🚀 Coordinating with freelancers on deadlines and delivery

🚀Support with event planning (virtual and onsite)

YOUR PROFILE

Mandatory:

✅ 2+ years of experience in marketing role: B2B content or equivalent similar experience

✅ Strong English copywriting and communication skills 

✅ Strong project management or organizational skills 

✅ Fluency in digital tools

Bonus skills (not required or expected for this role!):

🏆 User Research or Gaming Experience 

🏆 Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe)

🏆 Hubspot 

🏆 Webflow 

🏆 Performance marketing 

🏆 Video editing 

🏆 Previous startup, freelance or entrepreneurial experience
