As a B2B Sales Associate, you'll be a strategic resource for realtors, helping them enhance their digital marketing and advertising using our client's real estate marketplace platform. You will deliver engaging virtual presentations to prospective agents, guiding them towards subscription. Responsibilities include cultivating client relationships to drive advertising revenue, generating new business through outbound calls, exceeding sales goals, and collaborating with colleagues. A competitive base salary plus commission with six-figure potential is offered. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of B2B sales experience (preferably in digital marketing or real estate).

As a B2B Sales Associate for our client, a leading real estate marketplace, you will play a pivotal role serving as a strategic resource to realtors helping them improve digital marketing and advertising initiatives. Through captivating presentations, you'll guide prospective real estate agents to subscribe to our client’s innovative platform that elevates their marketing objectives. Comprehensive training ensures you're well-prepared to embody their brand with pride. 

This role offers a highly competitive base plus commission package with first year on target earnings over six figures expected.  This opportunity is based in Richmond, VA (paid relocation offered), and is 5 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Partnership: Cultivate impactful relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue via a subscription model. 

  • Business Expansion: Utilize outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and successfully close deals. 

  • Virtual Presentations: Showcase the value of our client’s offering through engaging virtual presentations. 

  • Proactive Achievement: Surpass monthly sales goals and performance metrics. 

  • Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with colleagues to collectively drive revenue 

  • Client-Centric Focus: Deliver top-notch customer support, tailor solutions to client needs, and ensure those solutions are successful 

Essential Criteria: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • At least two years of experience in B2B sales preferred, ideally in digital marketing or residential real estate. Other sales experience will be considered 

  • Proven success in a corporate sales environment. 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture customer relationships. 

  • Results-driven mindset with analytical capabilities. 

  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic, high-growth environment.
