ABOUT THE TEAM

Your Main Responsibilities

Qualities We Are Looking For
- Team Player: Humble, lifelong learner with a customer-first mindset.
- Practical Knowledge: Proficient in OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code, Software Craftsmanship culture, Refactoring, Unit, and Integration Testing.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following languages: Java, Go, C#, Scala, Kotlin, Node.js.
- Database Management: Experience with relational/non-relational Database Management Systems such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Couchbase, etc.
- Messaging Patterns: Experience with messaging patterns like saga, outbox, and message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
- CI/CD Experience: Proficient in Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration, familiar with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
- Backend Services: Experience in building backend services using mainstream frameworks.
- Agile Mindset: Agile-minded team player with strong communication skills.
- Distributed Systems: Preferably experienced in fault-tolerant and loosely coupled distributed architectures.
- Containerized Experience: Experience with Kubernetes, observability, monitoring, and resource optimization is a significant plus.
- Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English.

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. These sessions are crucial for teamwork in solving complex issues, socializing, learning from each other, and experiencing our culture.
Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.
We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
This working model applies to our hybrid job postings; on-site roles require being based in an office work environment.
