Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our Technical Integration Team in China. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing technical solutions tailored to our Chinese partners. You will also participate in research and discussions related to gaming payment products, driving their implementation and promotion. This role requires strong programming skills, experience with large-scale distributed systems, and a deep understanding of middleware technologies.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of backend development experience
Strong programming skills and a solid foundation in computer science
Proficiency in Go or PHP
Experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems
Deep understanding of middleware technologies (message queues, Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL)
Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
Strong problem-solving skills, clear logical thinking

We are looking for an experienced senior backend engineer to join the Xsolla Technical Integration Team (China). The team focuses on driving innovation and delivering tailored solutions for our major partners in China through customized integration projects, localized product and solution enhancements, and dedicated technical support to meet the unique needs of the local market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, implement, and optimize technical solutions based on the needs of users in the China region, continuously improving service performance and stability.
Participate in research and discussions related to products in the gaming payment domain, and drive their implementation and promotion.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of backend development experience.
Strong programming skills and a solid foundation in computer science, with familiarity in data structures and design patterns.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go or PHP) and familiarity with relevant mainstream development frameworks.
Experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems, with a deep understanding of middleware technologies such as message queues, Elasticsearch (ES), Redis, and MySQL, including their principles and optimizations.
Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Strong problem-solving skills, clear logical thinking, and an ability to think critically, summarize, and synthesize information.
