Must have:
- Write clean, efficient, documented code
- Assist in server-side application and database development
- Participate in code reviews and debugging
- Work with a team to improve coding skills
- Understand combined efforts for task output
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into solutions
Good to have:
- Ending Degree/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT
- Knowledge of Node.js, Go, Python, Java, or Ruby
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Basic Git knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Our team is dedicated to developing and maintaining our web applications, enabling them to adapt to changing requirements and deliver incremental updates. Our primary goal is to create high-quality, secure, and performant web applications that provide value to our members and meet business objectives.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Junior Backend Engineer Intern. This internship is perfect for someone nearing the completion of their college degree and eager to develop their backend development skills. You will work alongside our experienced engineers to design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and databases.
What you’ll be doing:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, handling the server side of web applications;
- Assist in the development and maintenance of server-side applications and databases;
- Participate in code reviews and debugging processes;
- Ability to work with a team to deliver and improve coding and architecture skills;
- Establish a good relationship with the different team members, and understand the value of the combination of efforts on the final output of different tasks;
- Learn to effectively communicate with the different stakeholders;
- Learn how to translate a business need into an actionable and added value solution within our framework.
What you need to have:
- Ending the Degree/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Knowledge of server-side languages such as Node.js, Go, Python, Java, or Ruby;
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB;
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes;
- Basic knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
